Evolving Throughout Your Life
Evolving with awareness and gentleness gives your life new meaning, keeps it fresh and interesting. One of the greatest benefits is you become good at letting go, accepting and allowing everything to change and grow too. Just like not wanting to read the same story or novel over and over, life is meant to move forward, we are here to grow and change and you can claim this birthright with focus and practice. Both Laurel and Laurel share life-changing moments when they embraced that it was time to evolve in their own lives.
Journaling exercises are suggested.
