The Joy of What You Have

Season #2

In this season of giving and receiving it's easy to get swept up in the activity of it all and lose sight of how to feel good in the moment. To truly experience and enjoy the riches of life can have little to do with what you possess in "goods", but often it comes from what you have within, through your relationships, and in what you enjoy doing.

This episode is meant to reground you in where you are in the moment; to allow yourself to feel the richness you can enjoy when you take inventory of what is right now. When you refocus in this way, you enliven your life with the joy of what you have today.
