Live Your Inner Power is a series of eight practices that move in a circle - much like a medicine wheel.


These practices will help you connect with your own wisdom and truth so you can move through challenging situations, a desire for change, feelings of anxiety or being stuck/lost. 

Each week, we’ll gather virtually to learn about the practice of the week, enjoy a guided meditation, practice gentle yoga asana, journal to explore how this practice shows up in your life right now and share an enriching conversation to remind you that you’re not alone on this journey. 

Whether these practices are brand new to you or you already practice them regularly - there is something for everyone and you’re sure to get tremendous benefit from this series.

Cassandra Neece

Cassandra, RYT-200, has been sharing/teaching yoga since 2015 and living the practices of the inner power wheel since 2016. Cass is passionate about helping others connect with their unique truth so they can create the life they deeply desire.

Laurel Holland

Laurel is a Life Coach and the Creator of Live Your Inner Power. She guides others to become effective leaders of their own lives. Through her books, programs, and innovative talks, Laurel lifts others up and inspires them to become authentically powerful.
