To have a glimpse, or an experience, of sensing that you have moved beyond your form and into a space that feels more vast, more ethereal than body, is one of the gifts of meditation. In this guided meditation, you’ll be invited to relax into and through the body, to let go, and to enter a space that feels like being more than your body.
