  7. Can you show up as your true self, even when it's uncomfortable?
  8. Can you act in a new way, even when it's uncomfortable, even when you're afraid of someone's judgment or what someone might think of you?
  9. Where in your life are you still holding back from fully integrating your inner work?
  10. What is one small step you can take today to embody your inner work more fully?
