Laurel Boivin, life coach and founder of Flux+Flow Professional Coaching, helps high-performing professionals overcome overwhelm and disillusionment by increasing self-awareness and shifting perspective to improve performance, increase personal contribution, and experience a greater sense of fulfillment and purpose. Laurel began coaching after a 30-year corporate career. A Reiki master and yoga practitioner, collector of sea glass and antiques, she lives in New Hampshire and summers in Maine.
Ericka Lewis has a career in business operations at a telecommunications infrastructure development firm where she leads with empathy, logic, innovation and excellence. She is an action-oriented problem solver and enjoys the diversity of responsibilities in her current role. She is also a champion of the organization's women's resource group where she has been instrumental in creating and launching a mentorship program. In addition to her professional career, Ericka is a mother to two young girls, a dedicated wife to her soulmate, an aspiring homesteader, and an avid walker - her practice of moving mediation. Ericka brings love, truth and a gentle yet striking confidence to all she does. Her ultimate goal in life is to model a beautiful life for her children and all the women around her so they know that anything they desire in this life is possible.
