The Akashic Records are a self-discovery tool that one can access to retrieve information about life's journey. Would you like to be able to Google your name and ask questions about your life for insight into how and why things are the way they are in your life? This is a metaphor for what we do when we consult the Akashic Records. They can give us the opportunity to shift perspective and ultimately see life in a new way. Meena Ruchi joins the hosts in this episode to share her wisdom and experience as a reader of the Akashic Records. She also gives an Akashic Records reading for the podcast itself as an example of what a brief reading might be like.

Laurel began coaching after a 30-year corporate career.  A Reiki master and yoga practitioner, collector of sea glass and antiques, she lives in New Hampshire and summers in Maine.

She loves helping people who feel stuck or uninspired by life connect with their purpose, so they can cultivate clarity and contentment.
