What are you really hungry for?
Posing the question "what are you really hungry for?", we can explore different ways we consume but don't necessarily feel nourished or fulfilled. As consumers, it's can be easy to ignore what we really need, and instead take in what we want on a whim, or to attempt to fill an emptiness that has nothing to do with the real hunger or desire we are experiencing. In this podcast you'll look at different ways you are or aren't nourished, and possible reasons you may be hungry and are trying to fulfill that hunger in ineffective ways of consuming.
