What can you learn from your shadow?
Shadow work is not for the faint of heart, but is for the person who really wants personal liberation from what binds them up or keeps them from the things they most want. Knowing how to identify or seek out your shadow is the first step which you hear about in this episode. Laurel and Laurel share personal stories as example to help the listener understand how to work with bringing shadow qualities forward and work with them proactively to keep them from disrupting you from living the life you want to live and to support you in detaching from others in a healthy way.
