Befriending Your Inner Critic

Season #3

Your inner critic can latch onto aspects of your life that you don't like, ways that you've showed up in the past that felt troubled, things you've said that you don't feel good about, anything that can be used as a source of self-disappointment, and create repetitive criticisms that become inner self-talk that are the self-created limitations to finding happiness and contentment.

In this episode you are invited to consider how to paradoxically befriend your inner critic in order to use it as an information provider of what you want to create your fulfilled and beautiful life as well as the ways you've been conditioned to believe what's important before your grow-up self could make those important decisions.

Journaling prompts are suggested to further your exploration.
