Permission to Not Fit In
Do you worry about fitting in? Maybe you have a deep desire to belong to a group or a community, a couplehood, or a family. Your "need" for this may come from not feeling like you fit in with your family of origin, or maybe you didn't feel like you found your "group" of peers when you were growing up.
As this podcast begins its third season, the focus of the first month invites you to consider how connected you are to your inner guidance versus feeling driven by outside influences. In this episode the cohosts offer you the permission to “not fit in”. This permission is all about letting go of that need to fit in for a time as you reconnect with your essential inner guidance (inner GPS).
What is your inner GPS? That answer, along with how to do the work of reconnecting with the inner guidance that can lead you to your heartfelt and fulfilling life, are explored in this episode.
Journaling prompts are suggested to further your exploration.
