Overwhelm and Burnout

Overstimulated, over-scheduled, over-consuming (not just food) and over giving can bring us what seems suddenly into the throes of overwhelm and then quickly on to burnout. Burnout is a serious condition in which you've used your energy to the point of also depleting your energetic reserves and you find yourself unable to perform/function well any longer. It's now out of your control. And it's scary.

You'll learn about the signs of overwhelm that lead to burnout, the types of burnout, and ways to begin to shift your choices to avoid being overwhelmed and heading into burnout.
