Exploring Your Power
Your personal power impacts all that you do - in your relationships, the workplace, any places where you interact with others, and at home. Not only does it impact all of this but it impacts all that you accomplish each day and how you feel about what you do.
This episode is all about understanding how you can tap into more of your power, and how you can enjoy feeling powerful when you are serving the world in the best of ways. The conversation begins with exploring how you feel about "power" and any negative connections you have with others who have misused power, defining your power, identifying how your power comes through as wisdom or insight, and lots of ideas about how to explore your own power.
Journaling prompts are suggested to further your exploration.
