Closing Chapters of Your Life
Closing a chapter of your life takes courage and clarity to do well, especially when it comes to relationships. The more you are willing to practice this skill, the better you will get. When you shy away from deliberately closing a chapter that has come to it's natural end, you lose vital energy to move forward in new and vibrant ways.
Use this episode to help you consider any ways you may be boxing yourself into a role, a self-definition, or a relationship that holds you back from discovering more of who you might become. This podcast invites you to explore the idea and process of closing chapters as a pathway to uncovering and living into new freedoms and new adventures. Journaling exercises are suggested.
