Use this 15-minute meditation to help you work with negative thinking, old beliefs, and with self-limiting, habitual thoughts. You can be more successful in this transformational work by creating new patterns with repeated use of this meditation. This meditation is meant to help you purposefully interrupt thought patterns. It  guides you on how to create more aligned beliefs rather than accept the ones planted in your subconscious that may have little value now. This Mindset Reset meditation is meant to encourage a strong practice of redirecting your thought patterns, on a moment-to-moment basis, that cause limitation and negativity.

Laurel began coaching after a 30-year corporate career.  A Reiki master and yoga practitioner, collector of sea glass and antiques, she lives in New Hampshire and summers in Maine.
