Looking Back to Step Forward Into the New Year

Season #2

Can every step forward be a celebration? Laurel and Laurel think they can and invite you into that thought stream with them.

In this episode, Laurel and Laurel guide you to look at making plans for the year ahead in a transformative way that will excite you rather than bog you down with an unpleasant to-do list.

You'll be offered questions to help guide you through a reflective and effective process of review, a method to help you discover your word of the year from a more soulful place, and how to discover the most important things to put on your list to focus on in the year ahead by reviewing and then letting go of the year that's passed.
