Using Your Mind for Change, Guided Meditation
When you want to change but feel like you can't seem to make it happen, use your mind and imagination to help you set the stage for change. First make the change in your mind, pause to experience the moment of repeating what you don't want and then instead of repeating it, make that change in your mind - feel it, see it, hear it, experience it, and then you can more readily take the action to make that change in your "real" life.
