The Challenges and Gifts of Commitment
"There is no one in the universe who is going to fulfill your heart's desires but you."
What's in your heart? What's in your head? Commitment challenges often come from a misalignment between what your heart and body are telling you and what your head is telling you.
As Laurel and Laurel dig into the topic of commitment on the podcast this week the conversation kicks off with what inner struggles the hosts experience in keeping commitments and relaxing into them. Commitment struggles offer the opportunity to understand the quality of commitments we've made and keep or don't keep with ourselves.
This episode hopes to inspire you to look directly at your commitments, how you feel about them, and how they may be holding you back or helping you flourish.
