Moving On - Letting Go of Relationships
As we do the beautiful work, we will grow and change. We may want different experiences in relationships, other than what we've known so far. We may feel the need to move on from some relationships. This can be challenging, emotional, and we may resist doing this because we don't know how to do it well.
In this episode, Laurel and Laurel talk about the ways they have managed their change in relationships, for instance like changing roles in family relationships in order to form new ways of connecting as they grew. When you want to do this well, with kindness, it takes some good attention and care both to self and the ones we care for, and you must challenge yourself to gain new skills and ways of communicating and showing up in order to move on well and feel good about it. This show offers some great ideas and situations to consider in support of your growth and evolution.
