Self-Care after COVID
As requested by a listener, we're addressing "self-care after COVID" - and not necessarily after having COVID.
This episode speaks into the changes that we can embrace and activate because we've lived through these last 19 months. Each of us has been affected in various ways by the impact of COVID to the economy, socializing, work-life, home-life, health and wellness, and all the other parts of existence that make up a life. Our worlds have been shook up and shaken in ways we never anticipated.
What a prime opportunity to reconsider how you live your life, how you care for yourself, and what is most important to you.
