Years ago one of my mentors mentioned the term "human doer" to me in relation to the truth that we are all focused on doing all the time and have lost the art of simply being. I remind myself regularly now that I am a human being not a human doer :)
Today I had an aha moment as I realized I immediately felt guilty when I considered doing nothing after I had a rare client rescheduling.
I'm coming to you on video this week to tell you about it!
I'd love to hear from you about your challenges to be a human being - what happens for you when you claim time for "nothing". I'd love for you to share your "high value feelings". What feelings do you most want to experience? I invite you post a comment below!
