Today's message asks you to practice honoring your discomfort as a path to fulfillment. One of the reasons we choose not to deal with our problems is because we don't know what to do. The easiest way to begin, is to gently learn to be with any inner discomfort, learning to give it a more precise name. Tuning into discomfort can be truly beneficial when we bring our attention to our discomfort and ask, what do I need right now? Self-care grows into self-understanding when you learn to bring your attention to your being, suspend judgment, and allow yourself to connect with what your being is attempting to tell you through the energy of discomfort.
